Procrastinations

I think that every student knows of the concept: Procrastination. My procrastination these days are baking cookies. Old fashioned cookies. My wife and children tells me not to be sorry for this. Hah!

I decided to share some of the favorites right now:

🇩🇰 Dansk🇺🇸 English
200 g hvedemel7.05 oz All purpose flour
1/2 tsk hjortetaksalt1/2 teaspoon baker's ammonia
200 g smør7.05 oz Butter
100 g sukker3.53 oz Sugar
100 g kokosmel3.53 oz Finely ground coconut

🇺🇸 Mix the All purpose flour and Baker's ammonia. Add the butter and kneed it firmly with the All purpose flour and Baker's ammonia. Add the sugar and finely grounded coconut and kneed it firmly with the dough. Divide the dough into three portions and roll each to a sausage and place it on the baking tray. Press them a bit with the fingers. Bake at 400°F for about 12-15 minutes.
While baking, mix icing sugar with water, add a little lemon juice or lemon essence. Put the icing in a line on the middle while still lukewarm. Slize the cookies while still a little warm.
