Flight has been booked
To be able to get flight tickets for a resonable price, my adoptive parents offered us to borrow the money from them, in expectation that when the Magazine would go public, donations would come in. Thanks! Unfortunately, and against the agreement I had made with the journalist beforehand, they only mentioned I was collecting money, but not how to donate. I have been very disappointed with this, as no donations came in on this behalf at all.![]() |

Next morning we are going to Penn Station, New York, where we continue our travel by Amtrak (train) to Albany, where the family will pick us up.
We'll be staying at my biological mothers house in Castleton, and perhaps a few nights in my big brothers house, too. That is not for sure yet.
What we are to do there, is not all planned yet. Well, we are going to visit my biological fathers gravesite. That's for sure. I know Americans often lay a little stone on the headstone to symbolize their presence and visit to the site. I have therefore a plan of bringing a small stone from the coastline of Denmark, write a small message on it, and place it on his headstone.
We are doing the same route back to Denmark, but has about 6 hours wait in New York. We plan on spending a couple of hours to see New York in the neighbourhood of Penn Station. Penn Station is the largest train station in New York, and the busiest in all of North America with aproximately 300.000 passengers per day, or almost 2.000 passengers per 1,5 minut.
